RMN Networks Is Hiring: Help Grow the Most Hyperlocal Radio Network in the Philippines Online

Jul 30, 2026 | Featured Article, News

For almost 75 years, RMN Networks has built one of the Philippines’ biggest hyperlocal radio networks by telling stories through the eyes of the communities they come from. What started as a small community radio station in Cagayan de Oro now reaches listeners through 64 stations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Today, those same communities are going online, too. That’s why we’re growing RMN’s online presence, bringing the same hyperlocal approach to our digital platforms. For that, we need people who’ll help make it happen.

Are you the digital talent we’re looking for?

Digital Media Marketing Manager

RMN Network’s Digital Media Marketing Manager oversees the network’s online presence, collaborating with RMN Marketing and Media Ventures (MMV), the network’s sales and marketing arm, and regional stations. This role manages daily operations and content strategies to reflect the regional insights that have shaped the network’s 75-year legacy.

What you’ll do

  • Own RMN Networks’ overall web and social platforms.
  • Lead daily digital operations in coordination with MMV, regional stations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee the network’s hyperlocal content strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
  • Work with stations to identify opportunities that strengthen the network’s online presence.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, media product development, or agency account management.
  • Experience in training, team-building, or managing remote/regional teams is highly preferred

Required Requisite Skills

  • Digital Product Packaging: Ability to turn abstract creative concepts into concrete, monetizable media kits and pitch decks for the Marketing division.
  • B2B Client Management & Account Direction: Strong client-facing communication; ability to interpret client briefs, set clear KPIs, and manage expectations.
  • Curriculum & SOP Design: Skill in writing clear, easy-to-follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines for non-technical station staff.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Deep understanding of multi-channel digital campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, and live-streaming setups).
  • Platform Monetization: Knowledgeable with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Partner Program, and TikTok Creator Marketplace.

What success looks like

  • A smooth and efficient digital workflow across operations and marketing.
  • Zero inactive or in “red” social media pages.
  • Sustained growth in website users, web traffic, and social media audiences.
  • A marketable hyperlocal content strategy developed together with stations and MMV.

Digital Media Officer (Performance & Data)

Reporting to the Digital Media Manager and the Vice President for Integrated New Media, the Digital Media Officer (Performance & Data) helps the network understand what’s working, where audiences are growing, and where new opportunities can be found. This role monitors how audiences interact with RMN’s website, social platforms, and digital campaigns.

What you’ll do

  • Track audience performance across RMN Network’s website and social media platforms.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance, then recommend optimization strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, impressions, CPMs, and revenue trends for MMV initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or media operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies for local stations.

Required Requisite Skills

  • Data Literacy & Quantitative Analysis: Ability to look at raw reach and engagement numbers, find patterns, and translate them into actionable creative advice.
  • Social Media Auditing: Skilled in evaluating page health, identifying shadowbans, and analyzing competitor digital presence.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to build clean, easily understandable monthly/quarterly analytics dashboards.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Patience and clarity in explaining complex digital algorithm changes to regional station staff who may be more accustomed to traditional radio.

What success looks like

  • Performance reports that support audience growth across stations and operations.
  • Growth in website users and sessions.
  • Better utilization of RMN’s digital advertising inventory in coordination with MMV.

Looking for your next challenge?

This is a chance to help build the digital future of one of the Philippines’ biggest radio networks, working with stations across the country that have spent decades earning the trust of their communities.

If that sounds like the kind of work you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
